Ron Zacapa XO

Zacapa Centenario XO has the perfect combination of sweetness, species and fruits. A delight of the connoisseur. The Ron Zacapa is made from sugar cane harvested in southern Guatemala. The fermentation process (which lasts approximately 5 days) uses a yeast strain (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) isolated from pineapple to transform cane honey sugars into alcohol. After fermentation, it is distilled in a continuous column. Long, soft and sweet mid palate with heavy notes of dark chocolate with cherries and intense flavors of dried fruits such as sultanas, dates and plums. Quite a delight for the sibarite.
